Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?
We're so sorry babes, we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed because of our high order volumes.. but we bet you'll love it when you see it. ;) Chat with us if something's wrong with your order!
Are you getting this back in stock?
We may be! The best way to find out is to email us at contact@jtheresa.com about the item you are looking at! Then we can email you if and when we get it back in stock :)
Can I return something I bought?
Sorry, babe! We do not accept returns because we take extra care in packing your order however we have more information on our Returns & Exchanges page.
I got my order and something's wrong, what do I do?
Uh oh! If you've received your order and something's wrong with it we need to be notified within 5 day of receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect we'll need a photo when you contact us to help! J Theresa is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
How much is shipping and how long does it generally take?

*Update* Thank you for so much love! We are experiencing high order volumes and may be looking to expand! But first, we're focused on getting your order to you. Please allow for 7-14 business days to process the order and then 7-14 business days for shipping in the US and international orders.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding some federal holidays.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. So, keep a watchful eye on your mailperson. (And contact us if you have a problem)
All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do! You can get them between $10-500 here.
I got my package but there's a fee. What's the deal?
Every country has its own taxes and customs fees that vary by type of product and order value. We ship to 200+ countries, and do not collect taxes or duties at time of order placement when shipping to most.
This means that buyers are responsible for any customs fees or advancement fees accrued on a package.
If you’re in the UK or Australia, the taxes in your country (VAT or GST) are included in your order at checkout, and we handle any customs or other charges on your behalf to expedite clearance on your order—what you see on your order is the total cost you will pay.
I saw an item on the site and I'm obsessed, how can I find it?
There's a pretty awesome search bar at the top right hand corner of your page, chances are if you type in something even remotely close to what the item is called, you'll be able to pull it up. Is the item currently out of stock? You might still have a chance; we occasionally restock the stuff we love most! If you see the item you love is out of stock email us at contact@jtheresa.com and if we get it back in, we will let you know!
